Osborn Hiner and Lisher was founded in 1974 by William M. Osborn and John R. Hiner, former partners in a large Indianapolis firm specializing in litigation. The firm has a general practice defending damage suits throughout the state. It specializes in the defense of personal injury suits, including products liability, automobile, premises liability, and insurance law. It defends several casualty insurance companies and several self-insured manufacturers.

Osborn Hiner and Lisher P.C. has a strong philosophy to provide our clients with the best legal representation possible, while appreciating concerns for cost effectiveness. Our practice covers the entire State of Indiana, including all state courts and the federal courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
